The Westmorland and Furness Council election count has concluded.

The results for the Westmorland and Furness Council elections are now available at https://www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk/

The count was held today after elections were held in 33 wards in the Barrow, Eden and South Lakeland areas.

There was a 37.97% overall turnout.

The make-up of the Shadow Authority for Westmorland and Furness Council is:

Conservative: 11

Green: 1

Independent: 2

Labour: 15

Lib Dem: 36
